Lee B. Farris CPM®, CCIM®, CMCA®

President/Designated Broker

Mr. Farris attended the University of Houston receiving a B.B.A. in Finance in 1974. He was awarded his CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate in 1979, his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2004, his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation in 2006 and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona (License No. 191080908-00) and Texas (License No. 298702).

Mr. Farris has been involved in the leasing and property management field since 1974. He began his career with Gerald D. Hines Interests, in Houston, Texas where he was involved in the growth of Hines from a local Houston company to an international company. He opened the Grubb & Ellis Property Services office in Houston, Texas and was responsible for the implementation and development of all of the third-party management capability in Texas.

He has served as an independent commercial real estate broker, as well as, Vice President of Leasing for a Houston developer. He has been involved in the acquisition and sale of office buildings, industrial properties, retail properties and land, serving as either the selling and buying broker in numerous transactions.

He successfully formed and administered a REO division for a two billion dollar Texas saving and loan. Mr. Farris has opened and developed third-party management capabilities for other local and national firms, including Trammell Crow, Perini Investment Properties and Eagle Western Management Company.

Mr. Farris has been involved in the management of office, retail and industrial properties ranging in size from less than 25,000 to more than a 1,800,000 square feet. In addition, Mr. Farris has overseen portfolios of apartment projects ranging in sizes up to 5,000 units and the management of HOA developments as large as 20,000 acres. He has managed office condominiums and property owner associations as large as 100,000 square and over 200 acres, respectively. Mr. Farris has developed and consulted in the development and leasing of numerous projects.

Mr. Farris, formed Farrmont Realty Group, Inc., AMO® in 1994 and has grown the company into a successful third-party property management company. The company has developed, managed and leased properties throughout Arizona. It currently manages and leases properties in Phoenix, Tucson, Casa Grande, and Flagstaff, Arizona and continues to successfully expand its third-party property management client base each year.

In addition, Mr. Farris has been an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate for the past 10 years, he was the 2007 President for the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a past member of the IREM National Membership and Credentialing Committee and the IREM Industry Standards Advisory Board, and assisted in the development of IREM’s Best Practices Manual for Real Estate Management Services. He is the past President of the Phoenix University Club. He is also a founding member of ReCom Global, LLC, an REO management company that assists the banking community with it dispositions of REO portfolios, and is President of Commercial Builders Associates, LLC, ROC # 268993, a general contracting and tenant improvement company.

Cherie D. Schreiner

Vice President Accounting

Ms. Schreiner has been involved with property management accounting since 1988. She has served as Accounting Supervisor for many well known local property management companies and has been Farrmont’s Vice President for 20 years. She has above average knowledge of nearly every nationally known software package on the market. She has worked with Skyline, MRI, CenterSoft, Yardi and many other software packages. She has been responsible for all accounting functions, which includes new construction and existing properties. She has been responsible for real estate portfolios consisting of more than 150 properties and homeowner associations as large as 5,000 homes, office condominium associations of over 100,000 square feet and property owners associations of over 200 acres. Her experience includes office, retail, apartments, industrial, homeowner association, office condominium associations, and property owners association accounting.
